Dolphin Exports

Dolphin Exports is based right here on Madukkarai Main Road, specifically at B- 99 in the Kurichi Housing Unit. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and business around here, which makes for a different kind of energy. We don't have a giant warehouse with robots. It’s just us moving things around by hand and making sure the inventory stays dry. The building isn't brand new, so there’s always a door that sticks or a light that flickers a bit. We don't mind it much. We know where everything is kept. Most of the people working here live close by, so we don't have long commutes. We start our day by opening up the shutters and checking the mail. It's a simple operation. We don’t have those big boardrooms with projectors. Instead, we talk over the counter or while we’re stacking boxes. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets backed up, which slows down the deliveries, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We try to stay on top of the schedule. If a customer calls, they usually talk to the same two or three people every time. We don’t use scripts or anything. It's just normal conversation. We like it this way. It feels more like a real job when you’re actually touching the products and seeing them leave on the trucks.
