Hotel Kurinji

Our place, Hotel Kurinji, is located at No 219/3 on NSR Road in Coimbatore. We are in the Saibaba Colony area, which is a pretty well-known part of town. If you are driving down NSR Road, we are near the Vengidapuram signal. It’s a very busy intersection. There is always the sound of horns and bikes going past our door. We’ve been here at 641011 for quite a bit. It’s a local hotel where people stop in for a bit of rest. The area has changed a lot over the years, with more shops opening up, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here on the ground. The rooms are simple and we try to keep them in good shape, though things do break down from time to time. We just fix them and keep going. Most of our guests are local folks or people from nearby towns coming into Coimbatore for some shopping or work. It gets busy during the festivals because the colony is popular then. We don't use any fancy marketing stuff. People just see the sign when they are stuck at the signal and decide to come in. It’s an honest way to run a business. We just open up every morning and see who the day brings in through the front door.
