Geetha Hotel

If you go down 2nd street in Gandhipuram, you’ll find Geetha Hotel. It’s a busy part of Coimbatore, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been here for a bit, serving whoever comes by. The place is pretty straightforward with basic seating and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. We don't have any big signs or neon lights, just the name above the door. Most of our customers are locals or people working in the nearby shops who want a quick meal without any fuss. The fans are always running to keep the air moving, and the kitchen noise is just part of the atmosphere. We don't spend much time on decorations because we are mostly focused on the cooking. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once for lunch, but we try to find a seat for everyone. The floors get a bit messy during the rush, but we sweep up as soon as it clears out. It is just a simple hotel in the middle of a busy city. We handle the daily supply of vegetables and groceries ourselves to make sure things are ready for the next day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People know they can come here and get what they need without any long waits. It is a lot of work keeping the kitchen supplied, but we stay on top of it.
