We’ve been operating here for a good while now. The building has a bit of a presence on the street. Inside, it’s just a regular hotel environment. We have the usual stuff like a reception desk that’s always manned and rooms that we try to keep as tidy as possible. It’s a lot of routine. In the morning, it’s all about the breakfast service and people checking out to catch their flights or trains. By the afternoon, we’re mostly getting rooms ready for the next lot of guests. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a business. We provide a room, a bed, and some food. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know how things work.
