Highmark Projects Private Limited is based out of 4L Gandhipuram. It’s a straightforward setup in a part of town that’s always moving. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It is basically where we do all the thinking and planning for the projects we handle. Gandhipuram is a central spot, so it makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of the city when we need to check on things. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual project locations. We spend quite a bit of time on our feet. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us looking at schedules and talking to suppliers. Things can get a bit hectic when we have multiple things going on at once, but we manage. We’ve stayed in this location because everyone knows where Gandhipuram is. It’s a practical place to be. We aren't interested in looking like a big fancy firm; we just want to get the work done right. We deal with all the normal headaches of the industry, like weather changes and equipment issues, but that’s just part of the deal. We keep our heads down and stay busy. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing that day, whether it’s filing paperwork or going out to a site to measure something for the third time to be sure.
