Global Service Management

Our office is over in Singanallur, specifically at number 85/4 in the Nkg Nagar area. If you know Coimbatore, you know this part of town gets quite a bit of activity. We’ve been operating out of Neelikonnampalayam for some time. It is not a flashy building with glass walls, just a regular space where we get our work done. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and keeping track of different service requests. The desk is usually covered in folders and notes that need sorting. We deal with various management tasks that keep the business side of things moving. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet acts up or the tea runs out, which are the usual small problems we deal with. We are near the Singanallur area, so getting here isn't too difficult for most people. The office stays pretty quiet except for the sound of typing and the occasional chat about the day's schedule. We don’t really go in for big presentations or anything like that. We just focus on the lists we have and try to get through the pile of work before the day ends. It’s practical work. We’ve got a rhythm down after being here for so long. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic, but they do the job. It’s just a normal place where we work hard and go home.
