Gem Telergon Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. is located right at number 22 in the Textool Feeder Industrial Estate. We are neighbors with a lot of other industrial shops here in Ganapathy. It is a practical place to work because all the suppliers are nearby, though the roads can get a bit crowded with lorries in the mornings. Inside our building, it is mostly just rows of workbenches and the storage area for the switchgear parts. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or making the place look like a tech office. It is a real workshop. Everyone who works here lives nearby, so we have a good local feel. We mostly talk about the work at hand and maybe what happened in the cricket match last night. It is a quiet life if you ignore the machine noise. We try to be careful with the assembly because that is the main thing that matters at the end of the day. If someone needs something, they usually just walk over and ask. We do not do a lot of formal meetings. It is more about just getting the work done. The office side is small, just enough space for the computers and some files. We have been at this Ganapathy address for quite some time now and it feels like home to most of the staff. No big corporate layers, just us and the machines.
