Executive Events

Our office is located at 7B, Metha Layout on Masakkalipalayam Road in the Peelamedu area of Coimbatore. We are situated in Arul Residency, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the busier main roads nearby. We have been operating from here for a while now, handling various types of events around the city. Coimbatore is a place where people really appreciate things being done properly, so we try our best to stay organized and keep track of everything. Our daily routine involves a lot of list-making and checking in with different suppliers to make sure they are on schedule. It isn't always glamorous or exciting work. There is a lot of sitting around and waiting for people to call back, or dealing with the usual paperwork that needs to be filed. We aren't really into those big, flashy presentations or corporate talk. We’d rather just sit down with a cup of coffee and talk through what actually needs to happen for an event to work out well. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that to show off. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we do before or heard about us from a neighbor. We like the Peelamedu neighborhood because it's convenient and close to many of the places we need to get to. We just focus on the tasks at hand.
