Enercon Optronics

Enercon Optronics is located at Site No.24, Dharshans Avenue, which is near Srinivasa Nagar in Nallampalayam. We’ve been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has grown quite a bit around us. Our building is a simple structure that we have turned into a workspace for our optical and electronic projects. It is not a flashy place, but it is functional. We have a lot of specialized benches where we do the precision work. Because we deal with optronics, we have to keep the place as clean as we can, though some dust always finds its way in. There are always small components and wires sitting around. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. We are just a small group of technicians who know our way around a circuit board and a lens. Sometimes we spend the whole day just trying to get one piece of equipment calibrated correctly. It takes a lot of patience. We get our lunch from the local place down the street, and we usually eat it right at our desks while we talk. We don't have any mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a decent job for whoever needs our help. It’s a quiet, focused environment, and we like the fact that Nallampalayam is a bit away from the main city chaos.
