Our place is over at No 617 in the Jenani Complex. It’s on the ground floor, which is nice because nobody has to climb any stairs to find us. We are right on Raja Street in the Coimbatore Ho area, just across from the Kota Hotel. If you know that hotel, you won’t have any trouble finding our door. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of the street traffic and hear the noise from the busy road all day long. It's a bit loud sometimes but we’ve gotten used to it after all this time. We deal with gold mostly, and there is always a lot of weighing and checking going on at the main counter. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we all know how the routine works. We open up in the morning, get the lights on, and wait for the regulars to drop by. It’s a practical setup without too much fuss. We don't have a giant showroom with hundreds of people, just a few of us working behind the desks. Raja Street is always moving, and we are just one part of that whole scene. Sometimes people stop in just to ask for directions to the hotel across the way, and we help them out. It’s just a normal business day for us here, nothing too fancy or complicated. We focus on the metal and the scales and making sure the counts are right.
