Coimbatore Event Management

We’re located over at Saraswathi Towers in Gandhipuram, right near the Malabar Jewellery shop. It’s a busy part of Coimbatore, so there’s always noise and people moving around outside our door at number 31. We handle events, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone and running around town. It’s not always pretty work. Sometimes we’re hauling boxes or trying to find a specific type of flower that someone asked for at the last minute. We don't have a big fancy speech about what we do. We just help people get their parties and meetings organized. Gandhipuram is the heart of the city, so it makes sense for us to be here. We’ve had days where everything goes perfectly and days where we have to scramble to fix a mistake, but that’s the reality of event work. We aren't polished and we don't wear suits unless we have to. Most of the time, we're just in regular clothes trying to get the stage set up or the sound system working. It’s a small team of us here. We know the local vendors and where to get things for a decent price. People usually just drop by the office when they’re in the area shopping. We try to be helpful and honest about what can actually be done. It’s just a regular local business trying to do a good job for the neighbors.
