Bright Burnishing Tools Pvt Ltd is located at No. 42 on N.G. Ramasamy Road in the Pappanaickenpalayam area. That’s a long name for a neighborhood, and it’s a busy place too. We spend our time making and fixing tools that most people have never heard of. It’s precision work, so the shop floor is always buzzing with activity. We have these big workbenches that have been around for decades, and they’re covered in the marks of thousands of different jobs. The office side of things is pretty basic—just some filing cabinets, a couple of old computers, and a lot of technical drawings pinned to the walls. N.G. Ramasamy Road can get really crowded, so we’re used to the sound of horns and engines outside while we’re trying to concentrate. We’re not a huge company with a PR department. It’s mostly just us, the machines, and the customers who have been coming to us for years.
