Alliance Tools & Hardwares is located at 75 Thoddarayan Koil Street in Kattoor. It’s a busy street and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve got a lot of items packed into this shop. It might look a bit disorganized if you aren't used to it, but we know exactly where every bolt and tool is kept. We’ve been in Kattoor for a long time now. People come in looking for specific things for their projects, and we usually have it buried somewhere on a shelf. We don't have those fancy scanners or computer systems; we just remember what we have in stock. The building at number 75 is an old one, so it has its quirks, like the light switch that sticks sometimes. We open early because that’s when the workers are out looking for supplies. It’s just a regular hardware shop run by people who live nearby. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. If you need a hammer, we show you the hammers. We aren't trying to sell you things you don't need. It’s a practical way to run a business and it’s served us well. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right size for whatever they are fixing and making sure they leave happy.
