Asian Automation

Asian Automation is situated at No 37/2 on Poonthottam North 1st Street in the Ganapathy area. It’s a typical local setup in a part of town that has a lot of small manufacturing units. We work out of a modest space where we put together various automation controls and electronic bits. If you walk inside, you’ll see workbenches covered in soldering irons, circuit boards, and piles of tiny screws. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you step so you don’t trip over a cable. Ganapathy is a busy neighborhood, and our street is no exception. We get a lot of noise from the nearby workshops, but it feels right for what we do. We aren't a massive company with a HR department or a marketing team. It’s just a group of us who are good with our hands and understand how these systems work. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting panels and trying to make sure everything runs smoothly for the people who buy from us. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the desk is a bit wobbly, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the work we produce. People usually find us because someone told them we could fix a problem they were having with their machines. We just take it day by day, working through the orders and keeping our small shop running here in Poonthottam. It’s practical work for practical people.
