You can find us over at No 172 on Nehru Street. We are quite close to Singapore Plaza in Ram Nagar, which means it’s always crowded and noisy outside our door. That is just how life is in this part of Coimbatore. Our office is a small room packed with folders and old event photos. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and trying to coordinate things so nothing goes wrong at the last minute. It’s stressful sometimes, especially when a truck gets stuck in traffic or someone forgets to bring the extra cables. We’ve learned to keep a stash of spare things just in case. Most of the time, we are just sitting here at our desks or out at a site measuring the floors. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. We just tell people what can be done and what can’t. If a hall is too small for a big stage, we say so. Honesty seems to work better than promising things that aren't possible. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We usually eat lunch together while talking about the next weekend’s schedule. It is a busy life, but it’s what we know. Being in the heart of Ram Nagar keeps us on our toes and we wouldn't have it any other way.
