If you find yourself on D B Road in R S Puram, you might have seen the Ashirwad Building. That is where Asian Granito (India) Ltd. is located, up on the second floor at number 36/12. It’s a busy part of town, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve been here a while now. Most days it’s just us handling orders for tiles and slabs, making sure everything gets where it needs to go. We aren't a fancy showroom with lights and music; it’s more of a place where the real work happens. People come in to ask about different finishes or to check on their deliveries. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the warehouse or talking to contractors who are in the middle of a big build. The office is usually full of samples and brochures that get moved around constantly. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs instead. It keeps us moving throughout the day. We know the neighbors in the other offices pretty well by now. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things organized for everyone. We aren't trying to do anything groundbreaking, just getting the orders right and making sure the granite gets loaded onto the trucks correctly. If the paperwork is straight, the day goes much smoother for everyone involved here. Our small team just focuses on the daily tasks.
