ARAL CONPRO LLP

Our office is at No. 129, Muneer Manai Pirivu, right on Palani Road. It’s a location that is pretty easy to get to if you are traveling that way. ARAL CONPRO is a small firm, and we mostly focus on concrete and project work. The office is a simple place with a couple of fans spinning to keep the air moving. We have got some benches for people to sit on and a lot of project binders stacked up in the corner. Being on Palani Road means we see a lot of people passing through. We usually start the day by going over what needs to be done for the week. There is no big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with samples of materials or boots left by the door. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door greets whoever walks in. It is a very informal atmosphere. We talk about the work in plain English and don't try to sound more important than we are. Most of our energy goes into making sure the site work is progressing. We have some regular people we work with and we trust them to do their part. It is just a local business trying to stay busy and do things right. We don't ask for much, just a fair day's work and a bit of progress every day.
