Aquatic Industries

We operate out of number 48 on Kondasamy Naidu Street. It’s right in the Peelamedu Pudur area. If you’ve been around here, you probably know the street. We deal with water systems and related equipment for homes and small businesses. There’s usually some dampness around the shop because of what we do. We have tanks and pumps and plastic pipes stacked up in the back room. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and getting our hands wet most days. We don't have a fancy showroom with polished floors. Mostly, it’s just a practical place to store the gear and do the assembly. The floors are bare concrete and we wear heavy boots because of the frequent spills. People from the neighborhood come by when they have a leak or need a specific part for their well or tank. It’s a straightforward business with no hidden layers. We spend time checking valves and making sure the seals are right so nothing leaks later. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the narrow street, which makes the neighbors a bit annoyed, but we move as fast as we can to clear the way. It’s a bit noisy when the pumps are being tested for pressure. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the local plumbing setups around Peelamedu pretty well. It’s just daily work, moving water from one place to another or cleaning out filters. Nothing fancy, just the basics of the industry.
