Affluent Dwellers Llp

Affluent Dwellers Llp is located at 54, Mettupalayam Road, right near the Gn. Mills Post in Coimbatore. The 641029 area is a good spot for us because Mettupalayam Road is a main road for the whole city. We have a modest office where we handle all our dwelling projects. We picked the name because we wanted to focus on making places for people to live, even if we are just a small LLP. We spend most of our time looking at residential plots and talking to folks who want to build their own house. It isn't all exciting work. There is a lot of time spent waiting for papers to be signed and checking on how the sites are progressing. Coimbatore is growing very fast, and we see that every day from our office window near Gn. Mills. We don't use any high-pressure sales stuff. We just show people the plots we have and let them make up their own minds. Usually, we have a few maps pinned to the wall and some samples of bricks or tiles lying around. It feels like a real place where people work. Some days the noise from the traffic is a bit much, but it reminds us that the city is busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in the area. We just want to do a decent job.
