Our place is right by the railway line in North Said, at Sf No. 251 / 3A. Because we are so close to the tracks, we hear the trains going past all day long. You get used to it after a while and eventually, you stop even noticing the noise. Our office is a simple room at D.No. 86 with a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We are Aadithev Infratech, and we focus on the practical side of building and infrastructure. There is always a layer of dust from the road and the trains, so the place feels very lived-in. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the coordination of materials and labor for the sites we are working on. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the ledgers. The area around North Said is quite busy and a bit gritty, which fits the kind of work we do. We do not have a fancy entrance; you just come in through the main door and we are right there. It is a no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of our schedules. It is not always perfect, but we keep showing up and getting it done.
