Our office is in the Hotel Anand Bhavan Complex over in Korlagunta. It’s Door No 14-31-M517, and if you’re at the Tirupati railway station, we are right across from it. It's a very busy area because of the trains, so there is always noise and people walking around. Vgs Tours & Travels has been operating from this complex for some time now. Being near the station means we see people arriving at all hours. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees, just a few of us who work here daily. We help with local sightseeing and longer trips too. Since the hotel is right here, it’s convenient for guests who need a ride or a tour plan. We keep our desk messy sometimes with all the registers and notes, but we know where everything is. It’s a real job with real challenges, like when the traffic is bad or schedules change. We just talk to the customers and figure out what works for their budget. No fancy brochures or polished sales pitches here. We just tell you what the routes are like and how long it’ll take. It’s a local operation through and through. We know which roads are under repair and which ones are faster. People come in, ask for a price, and we give it to them straight. That’s how we’ve always done things here near the tracks.
