You can find us at Shop No 109 on K T Road. We are right near Annamaiah Circle, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. The office is a modest one, just enough space for our desks and a place for customers to sit. Dealing with travel in Tirupati means we are always looking at calendars and maps. K T Road is usually bustling, so there is a lot of noise from the street coming into the shop. We mostly spend our time arranging local transport and helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s not complicated work, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes a driver doesn’t show up or a bus is delayed, and then we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing plans. People usually just find us because they are walking by the circle or someone told them about us. We’ve got a small team here, just a few of us who know the roads well. Most of the day is spent on the phone or writing out receipts. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to everything. We don’t try to be anything more than a local travel shop that helps folks get from point A to point B. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We just take it one day at a time.
