We’ve been running things here at the Chill Thrill Complex for a while now. It’s a busy spot on Prakasam Road, right across from the police quarters. If you’re looking for us, that’s usually the easiest way to explain where we are. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we sit and handle travel bookings all day. Tirupati gets really crowded, especially during the festival seasons, so there's always someone coming in asking about bus timings or how to get up the hill. We spend most of our mornings on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s just a few of us here. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes it gets a bit hectic when the phones start ringing all at once. The traffic outside on Prakasam Road can be quite loud, but we’re used to it by now. We mostly deal with local trips and helping folks figure out their way around the town. Sometimes people just stop by because they’re lost or need directions since we’re in a recognizable building. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just come in, open up the shop, and help the people who need a ride or a ticket. It’s a simple way to make a living in a city like this. Most days are pretty much the same, just checking schedules and making sure the cars are ready for the next group.
