Our office is on the first floor of Door No 19-10-27 on Air Bypass Road. We’re right across from the new passport office, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. We are also near PLR Conventional Hall, so there’s often something going on nearby. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the bypass road, which is always full of traffic and people moving around. We spend our days handling various travel bookings and talking to customers. It’s mostly just us answering phones and typing on the computer to keep things organized. We don't have any big corporate mission; we just want to make sure the bookings are done right. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic outside, especially during the afternoon rush. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a bit. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or anything. People mostly come to us because they work nearby or they saw our board while going to the passport office. We try to be helpful and just get the job done without making things too complicated. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks in or what trips are being planned, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a steady way to spend the work week.
