Our place is located at 20-5-746 on the Tirumala Bi Pass Road. We are quite close to the Korlagunta Junction, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. The bypass road is almost always busy with cars and trucks heading out of town. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. It’s a functional space where we handle all sorts of travel arrangements, both for local trips and longer journeys. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls and stacks of booking forms on the desks. Usually, the morning is the busiest time for us when we are checking in on drivers and making sure everyone is on schedule. We don’t use any slick slogans or corporate talk here. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their tickets sorted without any trouble. Sometimes we stay late when there are a lot of bookings to finish. It can get a bit dusty with the road being so close, but we try to keep the place tidy. We’ve got a small group working here, and we all just pitch in where needed. Most people who come in are locals or visitors who saw our sign while driving by the junction. We focus on the practical side of travel, making sure the logistics are handled so people can get on with their trips.
