Our office is inside Vijaya Plaza, right across from the main RTC Bus Stand here in Tirupati. It’s a very busy spot because of all the pilgrims coming in. We've been helping people get around for a good while now. The address is 24-275. It’s easy to find if you’re near the bus station. We mostly handle car bookings and local trips. It’s usually loud outside with all the buses, but we're used to it. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the drivers are on time and the cars are ready. Sometimes things get a bit hectic during the festival seasons. You can see the plaza clearly from the road. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who just walked in from the station. The office is small and functional. We keep a stash of water for travelers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. We try to keep the paperwork straight, even when it’s busy. If you need a ride or a plan for the day, this is where we sit. We just focus on getting people from one place to another without too much fuss. It is a simple life of managing keys and schedules. We see a lot of tired faces and try to help.
