You can find us at the shopping complex in Tirumala, specifically right near the old free meals canteen. It is a very busy spot because of all the pilgrims coming through Tirupati every day. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now, and we see thousands of people passing by our door. Our office is a simple one, tucked away in the 517504 zip code area. We don't have a lot of room, but we make it work for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their travel plans or arranging local transport for them. Since we are so close to the canteen, it’s always easy to give directions. The energy up here on the hills is always intense, with bells ringing and people chanting nearby. We don’t have much time for fancy office decorations; we just keep the files organized and the phones charged. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the area around the temple extremely well, so we can usually help with any questions people have about the local surroundings. It’s a humble place, but it’s right in the heart of the action. We just focus on being there when someone needs a hand with their journey around the hills or back down to the town. We enjoy being a small part of everyone's pilgrimage through Tirumala and keeping things running in this busy shopping complex.
