Lanco Industries Limited

This place, Lanco Industries Limited, is located right in Rachagunneri village. We are very close to the bus stand, which makes it easy for the workers to get here every morning. It’s a big operation compared to some of the smaller shops in Srikalahasti Mandal, but it still feels like a local spot because most of us live right around here. There is always a lot of noise and movement since we are an industry. You can see the trucks coming and going all day long. We have been here for a while now and the landscape has changed quite a bit since we started. The bus stand is a good landmark for anyone trying to find the main gate. It gets hot out here in the afternoons, but the work doesn't really stop. We have different shifts of people. It’s not the kind of place with a front desk and someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just see people in work clothes moving around. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind, but we focus on getting the actual work done first. It is a practical way of doing things. Being near the village means we are part of the daily life here. We just go about our business day by day and try to keep everything running smoothly without much fuss.
