Lanco Industries Limited

Our office is found at the K.V.S. Complex, right on Panagal Road in Srikalahasti. It’s a well-known spot in the Chittoor district. We’re located in H.No: 1-2, which is basically just a few rooms where we handle the business for Lanco Industries Limited. It’s a busy area because of the main road, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, it’s a different story. We try to keep things quiet so we can focus on our tasks. The complex itself has seen better days, but it’s a solid place to work. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some old photos of the team. We’ve been at this location for years, and we’ve seen the town grow around us. The commute isn't too bad for most of us since we live nearby. We usually have our lunch at the desks or head out to one of the small eateries nearby on Panagal Road. It’s a very grounded way of working. There’s no corporate hierarchy that feels distant; everyone just talks to each other directly. We manage the industrial side of things with a lot of hands-on effort. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just wipe it off and keep moving. We’re just a bunch of local people doing our best to keep the company going from this little corner of Srikalahasti.
