We are Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel Ltd. Our office is over at Plot No 252/3317, Tapaswini, Gangadhar Meher Marg Po Kiit. Bhubaneswar is where we call home. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. Dealing with sponge iron and steel is what we do every day. It’s heavy work and sometimes the days are long. Most people around here know where Tapaswini is, near the KIIT area. We just come in, do the paperwork, and manage the operations from this building. It isn't a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get things done. People stop by sometimes to talk about orders or just check on the status of things. We have a few desks and some files stacked up. It gets a bit busy around the start of the month. Working in the steel industry in Odisha means dealing with a lot of moving parts. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s just a scramble. That’s how it goes when you’re handling raw materials and manufacturing schedules. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The roads are busier now than they used to be. Still, we like being here. It’s a good location for us to keep track of what’s happening in the yards. We aren’t trying to be anything huge, just a steady business keeping at it every day. We stay focused on the work.
