You can find Garuda Tours & Travels right inside the Hotel Sarovar building. We are at Shop No 1 on the Tirumala Bypass Road. It is a very busy street with all the buses and cars heading up the hill. We are directly across from the Srinivasa Complex, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Working in a hotel building means there are always people walking around, looking for a way to get to the temple or the station. Our office is small and simple. We have a desk, some maps on the wall, and the phone rings quite a bit. It’s not a polished place, just a room where we get work done. The bypass road traffic never really stops, so it can be a bit loud during the day. We have been here for a while and most of the drivers around here know where we are. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook and some good local knowledge. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the door for some air while waiting for the next customer. It is a very straightforward business. We show up, we talk to travelers, and we arrange their transport. If you are staying at the hotel or just passing by the complex on the Tml By Pass Road, you will see our shop right there at the front. It is a handy spot for anyone in Tirupati.
