Sarvottam Marble / Imperial Corporation

Our place is over at Plot 142 in Shastri Nagar. Most people around here just look for us near Collector Circle since it is a major landmark. We go by Sarvottam Marble, though some of the older paperwork says Imperial Corporation, which can be a bit confusing for new folks. It is just a regular stone yard where we keep all kinds of marble. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually try to get the heavy loading done early in the day. It is a lot of manual work, checking the pieces for cracks and making sure the stacks do not lean too much. We do not spend money on big signs or fancy lights. The gate is usually open and you can just see the rows of stone from the street. Shastri Nagar stays pretty active, so there is always someone coming in to ask about prices or just to look at what we got in the latest shipment. We have been sitting in this same spot for a while now. The office is just a small room in the corner where we keep the ledger and some chairs for when it gets too hot outside. We are not doing anything revolutionary here. It is just about having the stock ready when someone needs it for their house. We deal with the delivery trucks and the noise like everyone else on this block. It is just us doing our jobs every day and keeping the stone moving.
