You can find us over in Chitrakoot, specifically in the Sardhuva Kuseli area. Chitrakoot Jan Samridhi Producer Company Limited is based right here where we live. We aren't some big city firm with a glass building. Our setup is pretty basic, just a room at Sardhuva. A bunch of us locals got together because we realized that selling our stuff individually wasn't working out great. It’s better when we work as a group. We spend most of our time out in the fields or checking on the harvest. When there's paperwork or a meeting, we head back to the office. It’s a community thing. Everyone knows everyone else around here. We talk about seed prices, the rain, and who’s going to help move the bags next week. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we disagree on things, but that’s how it goes in a small town. We just want to make sure the farmers around Sardhuva get what they deserve for their labor. There's no fancy mission statement or big promises here. We just try to help each other out and keep the business running so our kids might have something later on. If you're passing through, you’ll see us. It’s a humble operation, but it’s ours. We take care of the logistics and try to keep the costs down for everyone involved. It keeps us busy and connected to the land we've always known.
