Zaknet Solutions

Zaknet Solutions is just a few of us working out of our small office space. It isn't one of those big glass buildings you see downtown. We have a couple of desks, some old computers, and way too many cables running across the floor. Most of the time, it is pretty quiet in here, just the sound of us typing or the fan humming in the corner. We handle whatever tech problems come our way each day. Sometimes it is software issues, and other times it is just helping someone figure out their connection. We do not have a fancy receptionist at the front door. If the phone rings, whoever isn't too busy just grabs it. There are usually a few half-finished coffee mugs sitting around and some papers piled up. We have been doing this for a while now. It is a small team and we know each other's habits pretty well, like who forgets their lunch or who takes the longest breaks. We don't bother with big meetings or corporate titles. We just sit down, look at what needs doing, and get to it. If a client calls, we just talk to them like normal people without using any of those confusing buzzwords. Sometimes the internet gets a bit laggy and we all sit around and complain about it together. It is a basic setup, but it works for us. We just like getting the job done and heading home at the end of the day.
