Aavanor Systems Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at 33 Arches, which is part of the S-60 61 area on 20th Street. It’s a solid building, and the arches give it a bit of a different look than the other blocks nearby. Aavanor Systems Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of people working on software and different computer systems. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks with headphones on, trying to figure out some logic problem or fixing a bug in the code. The office is pretty open, and we’ve got cables running along the floor and plenty of monitors everywhere. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where work actually happens. 20th Street is usually busy, so there’s some background noise from the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much. We have a small area where we keep a kettle for tea and coffee, which is where most of our conversations happen during breaks. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check our emails, and get through the list of tasks for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a release is coming up, and the street gets a lot quieter then. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to build systems that work. We like being in the 33 Arches building because it’s easy for everyone to get to.
