If you head up to the first floor at 52 Mathavaram High Road in Perambur, you’ll find the office of A D R Techno Solution Pvt Ltd. It’s a busy road with a lot of noise coming up from the street, but once you get inside, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, computers, and a lot of cables. We do tech solutions, which means different things depending on the day. Sometimes we are writing code, other times we are helping someone set up their network. The stairs leading up are a bit steep, so we always tell people to be careful. Most of the staff comes from around the Perambur area, so we don't have to deal with too long a commute. We’ve got a small pantry area where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the best ideas come from. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s habits. We don't have those big corporate meetings with slides and charts. We just talk over the desks about what needs to be done. The fans are always humming to keep the heat away. It’s a good place to work, even if the building is a bit old. We like the neighborhood and the people we deal with every day.
