Our office is at No 34/81 on Periya Malaiyappan Street, just off Royapettah High Road. We are located near the E2 Police Station, which is a very easy landmark to give people. Being in Royapettah, we are right in a central area where things are always moving. The office itself is quite basic. We have our desks set up for the staff and a small area for people to wait while we process their travel documents. It is mostly a place of work rather than a place for show. We spend our time checking availability for various trips and making sure the bookings are confirmed. There are no fancy mission statements or corporate logos plastered everywhere. It is just an honest workspace where we handle travel arrangements. The traffic on Royapettah High Road can be quite loud, and sometimes it is hard to hear over the horns, but we are used to it by now. We usually have some tea in the afternoon while we sort through the day's files. It is a simple routine that we have followed for a long time. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just provide a place where people can come and get their travel needs sorted out in a direct way. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for us and our customers who come by. We just get on with the job.
