Travel Mall

Travel Mall is located at No. 99/16 Uthamar Gandhi Salai in Nungambakkam. It’s a busy part of the city and our office is right in the middle of all the noise. We’ve been here for quite some time now. We handle travel bookings, mostly flights and trains. Sometimes we help with holiday packages too. The street outside is always crowded, and parking is almost impossible, but people still manage to find us. Inside, it’s just a regular office with some desks and a couple of old printers that make a lot of noise. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up and try to get people where they need to go. Nungambakkam has a lot of energy and we like being part of that. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know us by name and we know their families. Sometimes we spend more time talking about the weather or the local news than we do about travel. We aren't a big corporation with a call center. When you call us, you just get one of us sitting here at our desks. We don't use scripts. We just answer your questions as best as we can. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes when everyone wants to book at the same time, but we manage. It’s just our little business on Uthamar Gandhi Salai and we enjoy the daily hustle of the neighborhood.
