Suraj Travels

You will find us over on Mannady Street, specifically at No. 96/7 on the second floor. It is right near the National Hospital, so there is always a lot of movement outside with people rushing around. To get to us, you have to head up those stairs, which can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying bags. Our office is not huge, but it has enough room for the computers and some chairs for people to wait while we look up prices or check bus timings. Most of the day is spent on the phone or staring at screens trying to find a route that actually works. It gets busy, especially when folks are in a hurry to get somewhere for an emergency or a last-minute trip. We have got maps taped to the wall and old calendars that we probably should have changed months ago. The noise from the street stays with us all day, but we are used to it by now. It is just how Mannady is. We handle a lot of different requests, sometimes for short trips and other times for long journeys across the state. It is mostly about keeping track of the schedules and making sure the tickets are printed right. We do not do anything fancy here, just basic travel stuff for whoever walks through the door. If the power goes out, we just sit by the window and wait for it to come back to life.
