Wintech Diamond Products

We are based out of Chennai, specifically down in the Kandanchavadi area on Harivardhan Street. Our office is located on the second floor of Plot Number 5 in Santhosh Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but we’ve all gotten used to it. We deal with diamond products, mostly tools and things used for industrial cutting or grinding work. It’s very technical stuff, so the office is usually filled with different samples, technical charts, and half-opened boxes. The neighborhood is a real mix of residential houses and small businesses, so it’s never actually quiet around here. During the Chennai summers, it gets incredibly hot, so we have to keep the fans going at full speed all day long. We have a small team working here, and most of them have been with us for a long time. We aren't a massive company; we are just a local team trying to keep up with the orders that come in. Sometimes the deliveries get a bit delayed because of the heavy traffic on the main road, but we usually manage to figure it out. We handle all the paperwork and the sales side of things from this floor. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have any fancy furniture or a big reception area with a desk. It’s just our desks, some chairs, and the equipment we need to do the job. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the inventory. We have stayed in Kandanchavadi because it works for us.
