We’ve been operating Fein Power Tools India Pvt.Ltd. out of this spot at 69, Arcot Road in Kodambakkam for quite some time now. If you know this part of Chennai, you know how busy it gets. The noise from the street usually blends right in with the sounds coming from our workshop. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We spend most of our mornings unloading crates and checking inventory before the heat really kicks in. Most of us have been here long enough that we don’t even notice the traffic anymore. Kodambakkam has changed a lot over the years, but our building stays pretty much the same. We deal with various power tools every day, and it's a lot of heavy lifting and technical talk. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit of a mess, but we still open up on time. The shop floor is always a bit dusty, and there’s usually a pile of paperwork on the desk that never seems to get smaller. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of us working here at Fein Power Tools India Pvt.Ltd., making sure things move along. People stop by, ask questions about parts, and we do what we can to help them out without making a big fuss. It’s just how we run things on Arcot Road.
