Vrm Energy Consultancy Services is located at the start of Rathinammal Street. We're right off the Rangarajapuram Main Road in Kodambakkam. It's a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside our windows. We do consultancy work related to energy, which basically means a lot of meetings and looking at data all day. Our office is at number 1, so we are the first building you see when you turn in. It’s a modest setup. We have a few rooms filled with files and a small area for guests to sit. Usually, we are busy on the phones or typing away. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The local shops nearby are where we usually grab lunch or a quick snack. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a tight group of us here. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the work is steady, and other times it feels like everything is happening at once. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. If you knock, someone will eventually come and see what you need. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to give sensible advice on energy matters and keep our records straight. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy being based in this part of Kodambakkam.
