It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but this is where the space is for a factory like ours. We make gearboxes and transmission parts for all sorts of machinery. The building is big and it gets quite noisy once the shifts start. Sriperambudur Taluk has become a major hub for this kind of work, so we have plenty of neighbors doing similar industrial stuff. The air can get a bit dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the yard. We have a lot of people working here who have been with us for years. It’s a very hands-on environment, and most of us spend our time on the shop floor rather than sitting in an office. We don't have any flashy signs or a fancy lobby for visitors. It’s just a place where we get the manufacturing done. Some days the heat in the workshop can be a lot, but we just get on with it. We focus on making sure the parts are built right and shipped out on the trucks that come by every day. It’s honest, hard work and there is always something to do. The village around us is quiet, which is a nice contrast to the busy factory floor. We stay busy with the production schedule most weeks.
