Our place is over on Old Mahabalipuram Road in Kottivakkam, at 4/329-A. It is a pretty long road and traffic can be a real headache some mornings. We deal with power stuff mostly. If the voltage is jumping around or the power goes out, that is where we come in. The building is not anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their backup needs. There are a few of us here who have been around since the start. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how much the neighborhood has changed lately. It used to be much quieter out this way. Now, it is all buildings and cars. Inside the office, it is mostly just us working through orders and making sure the units are ready to go out. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just explain how the stabilizers work in plain talk. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow lane, which causes a bit of a stir. We just handle it as it comes. It is an honest day's work. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people's computers do not shut down when the grid fails. It is what we know how to do. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes things a bit rusty, so we stay on top of maintenance.
