Nantech Power Systems is what we call ourselves. The office is a straightforward place. We have some power systems equipment lying around because that’s what we do. It’s a bit of a residential area mixed with some small businesses, so it feels quite local. The 2nd Cross Street isn't too wide, so parking can be a bit tricky sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various power setups. We’ve got some tools and some testing units in the back. Chennai weather can be really hot, so we have fans going all day long. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know the neighbors and the guy at the tea stall nearby. It’s a plain building, nothing flashy on the outside. We just have our name on a small board. We handle a lot of technical work and sometimes it gets pretty dusty with all the equipment. We don't mind it much. It’s just part of the job. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it’s at its hottest. We’ve been in Tamil Nadu for a long time and this spot suits us well. Just a simple business doing its thing. It’s a decent place to be for the most part.
