Vojus Inc.

We've been in Rajeswari Colony for a while now. It's a quiet enough spot in Virugambakkam. Most days you'll find us here just getting through the work. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular place where things get done. People ask what we do at Vojus Inc. but mostly we just focus on the daily tasks and keeping things moving. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we are used to it. The neighbors know us. We don't have a big sign or flashy lights. It’s just us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or take a short ride to get here. We try to keep things simple. No corporate talk here. If you come by Virugambakkam, you'll see the colony is quite residential. We like it that way. It feels more like a community than a business district. We have our routine. Every morning starts with a quick check of what needs to happen. We don't spend hours in meetings. We just work. It's been like this since we started. Nothing much has changed in terms of how we handle things. We just stay busy and try to stay organized. That's really all there is to it. We're just a small part of the neighborhood, doing our bit every day. We don't have a lot of rules, just enough to keep things from getting messy. It’s a good way to work.
