You can find us in Idumbavam, which is a small area near Thiruthuraipoondi in Tamil Nadu. It’s a very rural setting, far away from the big city lights. Our facility is right there in the middle of the local landscape, surrounded by fields and small houses. We don't have a big corporate campus with a gym or a cafeteria. It’s a practical workplace where people from the nearby villages come to do their jobs every day. The building itself is quite plain, but it serves its purpose. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we all know each other’s families and stories. It’s a very tight-knit group. The work can be repetitive sometimes, but we keep each other going with jokes and local news. We don't use much management speak or have those long, boring meetings. We just get our tasks for the day and get to work. When the weather gets really hot, which happens often in this part of Tamil Nadu, we just slow down a bit and make sure everyone has enough water. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to provide a steady place to work for the people in Idumbavam. It’s a quiet life here, and we are quite content with that. We just do our work and go home.
