Vijay G Solartec

Vijay G Solartec is based at No.5, Ramalinga Madam Street, in the East Madaveethi area of Thirumullaivoyal. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a nice spot, though it gets very busy during the local festivals because we are so close to the temple. Our shop is a mix of an office and a storage space for solar panels and water heaters. We usually have a few panels leaning against the wall near the entrance. It’s not a very big place, but it serves us well. Most of our work is done out at the customers' houses, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. We have a small desk where we keep our schedules and a few chairs for when neighbors stop by to chat. The floor is usually a bit dusty from all the equipment moving in and out. We don’t have any big corporate goals. We just started this because we knew about solar power and saw that people around Thirumullaivoyal needed help with it. We use a small van for all our installs. It’s a bit old and rattles when you drive it, but it gets the job done. We are just local people doing practical work. We like being part of the community and helping folks save a bit on their power bills with the solar setups we provide.
