Our office is situated on Kumaran Street in the Pazahavanthangal area. It is a regular sort of place where we handle various industrial products and electrical goods. We have been here for a good number of years, and the neighborhood knows us fairly well. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can store our inventory and manage our daily tasks. We start our mornings early, usually with a cup of tea while we go over the list of things that need to be dispatched. The street can be a bit narrow, so when the delivery trucks arrive, it takes some maneuvering to get everything unloaded. We don't use a lot of technical talk with our customers. We just explain how things work in plain English. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which can be a bit of a nuisance, but we have our backups ready. We are just a group of people who have been in this industry for a long time. We know our products inside and out, mostly because we've been working with them every day since we started. It’s a quiet life here in Pazahavanthangal, away from the main rush of the city, and that suits us just fine. We don't feel the need for big advertisements or fancy slogans. Our work usually speaks for itself. We just keep our files in order and try to stay ahead of the schedule.
