Venus Home Appliances is located at 4/993, Kamaraj Street in Kotivakkam. This part of town has a mix of homes and small shops. We have been on this street for quite a while now. Our place is where we handle the appliance side of things, specifically water heaters and that sort of stuff. It is not a huge corporate building, just a regular place on a busy street. Inside, you will find stacks of boxes and people moving parts around all day long. Kamaraj Street can get pretty congested, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We have grown used to the noise and the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We do not spend much on advertising or big posters. People around here know where we are if they need something fixed or a new heater for their home. We have a small group of staff who have been with us through thick and thin. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or checking the stock in the back room. It is a simple operation, really. We do not have any fancy missions or grand statements to make to anyone. We just focus on getting the appliances out to the customers without too much fuss. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a new shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. It is a local business through and through, and we are happy to be here in Kotivakkam. It suits us well.
